Aloula Oil Services and Spectrum Petroleum Services Sign Business Cooperation Agreement

Abu Dhabi, 31 October 2007 – Spectrum Petroleum Services and Al Oula Oil Services, Libyan based multinational company expertise in providing the oil market with the desired drilling fluids additives with modern advanced techniques, have today jointly announced the signing of a strategic business cooperation agreement in Spectrum Main Office, Abu Dhabi. United Arab Emirates. The agreement sets out a significant framework between two companies and signifies the mutual interest of both companies in expanding business potential in the region.

Mr.Shukre Ali Zwawa, Chairman & General Manager of Aloula Oil Services represented two companies at signing cermoney. “Spectrum has formed a number of important, strategic alliances with Russian and other global companies in recent years,” said Mr. Otaiba. “We believe that our relationship with Aloula will be extremely rewarding, given the dynamic business environment that exist between Middle East and Worldwide,” He added.
“With Spectrum Petroleum Services, Aloula will enjoy greater access to petroleum and gas market in UAE and the region,” stated Mr. Shukre Ali Zwawa. “In return, Spectrum will also benefit from Aloula dedicated services and cooperation as a specialist in the industry,” he added.
The agreement enables both companies to further explore opportunities in UAE and the region through cooperation in the provision of oil field services with expert and standard services.
